Oman Investment Authority (OIA) has launched Thiqat platform to enable talents with high competencies, experiences, and capabilities to apply for board memberships in Entities affiliated with OIA. The platform is designed to support OIA's commitment to corporate governance values and active community engagement. Thiqat will provide an integrated database by promoting public engagement and attracting qualified individuals to participate in decision-making in these companies, especially those with distinguished expertise and competencies.
ترسيخا للمبادئ التي يسعى جهاز الاستثمار العُماني لتحقيقها فيما يتعلق بحوكمة أداء الشركات المملوكة للدولة وتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية، أطلق الجهاز منصة "ثقات" الإلكترونية، والتي تتيح لأصحاب الكفاءات والخبرات والقدرات من ترشيح أنفسهم لعضوية مجالس إدارة الشركات التابعة له. حيث تهدف المنصة إلى إنشاء قاعدة بيانات متكاملة من خلال استقطاب من تنطبق عليهم المعايير لإشراكهم في آليات صنع القرار في هذه الشركات وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية من أصحاب الخبرات والكفاءات المتميزة.
